The RAM is not upgradeable, as it comes with soldered LPDDR4x-4266 modules. Additionally, the 4 GB RAM option is not offered any longer, only the 8 GB and 16 GB options are now left.
The new Raptor Lake-U options include the 6-core i3-1315U, and the i5-1335U as well as the i7-1355U 10-core processors. However, Lenovo seems to have ditched the entry-level Pentium procesors. From the images included, the design appears to be largely the same from the 2022 models. Even though Lenovo has not yet officially announced a refresh for the IdeaPad Duet 5i lineup launched last year, the company’s PSREF site now includes mentions and detailed specs for an unreleased 12IRU8 convertible that is powered by Intel’s latest Raptor Lake-U processors.
